The E.N.D. is Near! If you have plans this Saturday, May 15th  at 10pm you should cancel them.  If your calendar is empty then you should look into making more friends – perhaps you can bond with someone new over a mutual love for films in one of our Private Screening Rooms? Just a suggestion.   I don’t mean to be bossy, but this Saturday is the EPIX  Original Music Premiere Event of The Black Eyed Peas’ The E.N.D.  World Tour 2010 and if you miss it, then you will most likely be shunned from society and perhaps even exiled to a far away land.  And not the kind of “land far, far away” where Shrek and other cuddly creatures live, I mean a scary land!  So ask yourself, pal, if this is really worth missing.  If my empty threats aren’t convincing enough, think about this – The Black Eyed Peas are an international sensation and their latest album and tour is filled with chart-toppers like “Boom Boom Pow,” “I Gotta Feeling” and “Imma Be.”  I just watched the teasers and behind the scenes clips we have on our BEP page and was totally blown away by the incredible costumes, sets, lighting and – of course – music.  We show you the BEP’s dressing rooms, their complex performance outfits and even what they eat while on tour, which is obviously my favorite part.  What I would give for a catering truck to follow me around… But I digress.  It is remarkable how many people are involved in making the tour happen and all of their hard work clearly paid off.  As Fergie put it in her interview with EPIX, the performance is total “eye candy.”  Keep reading LT Features and follow me on Twitter for updates on when new blogs are posted.   Why?  Because we are going to have a giveaway where you could get something BEP-related.  Clearly the details are still fuzzy, but I’m working on it.  L.T.
